Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At AurumLX, all gold product sales are final due to the sensitive and high-value nature of our items. However, we allow return or exchange in specific situations, provided all conditions are met.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange only if:

The product is proven to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
The item received does not match the order placed (wrong item or specifications).
The request is made within 2 working days of receiving the item.

Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.

3. Inspection & Approval

All return/exchange requests will be subjected to inspection and approval by AurumLX. Items must:

Be in original condition and packaging.
Include the original proof of purchase.
Retain all tags, labels, and the VOID sticker seal (untampered).

Any item with visible tampering, signs of wear, or missing seals may be rejected.

4. Refund Policy

If a return is approved, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our Shariah-compliant commitment. Refunds will not be granted for change-of-mind or non-qualifying reasons.

5. Process Timeline

Upon approval, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 working days. Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the process is completed.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for delivering the item back to AurumLX’s designated address.

Shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error is caused by AurumLX.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may request to cancel their order before the item is processed or shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In such cases, any issues related to delivery must be handled directly by the customer with the courier service provider. AurumLX will only provide the tracking number and related shipment information for reference.. Cancellation for custom-made or special orders is not permitted once production has begun.

2. Refund Conditions

If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued in line with our commitment to Shariah-compliant practices. Refunds will not be processed for items that have already been shipped or collected.

3. Cancellation Fee

To cover administrative and operational costs incurred, a RM5 cancellation fee will be applied to each approved cancellation request. This fee is fixed and non-refundable.

4. AurumLX-Initiated Cancellations

AurumLX reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion in the event of suspected fraud, incomplete or unverifiable information, system or pricing errors, stock unavailability, or any breach of our Terms & Conditions, in which case customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued without any cancellation fee.
